Barbara Bunce was a Vice-President of the Churches Fellowship for Psychical and Spiritual Studies. Her years in the WRNS during World War II, then as the wife of a Royal Air Force officer and a lectuter in business studies, gave her a wide perspective on life at home and abroad. A near-death experience led her into spiritual healing and psychical research, and eventually back into her long abandoned Christian faith. Meanwhile the CFPSS provided and still provides a background of study, friendship and Christian spirituality.
